VISAGUARD is evolving: With the founding of VISAGUARD GmbH, we have taken an important step towards professionalizing and further expanding our brand. The new company will assume key business and organizational tasks related to our website, marketing activities, and our own products. This creates a clear corporate structure and lays the foundation for further growth.

Why did we found a GmbH (limited liability company)?

VISAGUARD has continuously evolved over the past few years. What originally began as a digital platform for information on German visa and residence law has now become a comprehensive brand with various services, projects, and collaborations.

This development also increases the organizational and legal requirements. Establishing a limited liability company (GmbH) is therefore a logical next step. The new corporate structure allows us to clearly separate commercial activities from our legal work and to organize our various business areas professionally.

VISAGUARD GmbH as the operator of our website

A key task of the new company is the operation of our website VISAGUARD.Berlin . Our website offers comprehensive information on German immigration law. This includes, in particular, articles on visa procedures, residence permits, the EU Blue Card, settlement permits, and naturalization. VISAGUARD GmbH will assume the economic and organizational responsibilities related to the operation and further development of this platform. Legal advice and representation will remain legally separate. The establishment of the GmbH does not, in particular, mean that the company itself will provide legal services.

Professional collaboration with marketing companies

Another important business area of VISAGUARD GmbH is marketing.

VISAGUARD collaborates with various external service providers and marketing companies. These include partnerships in areas such as online marketing, advertising, content production, and brand development. For legal and organizational reasons, VISAGUARD GmbH will henceforth act as the contractual partner for these marketing services . This will allow us to consolidate our commercial activities within a separate company and establish a clear contractual basis for our long-term collaborations with our business partners.

Own merchandising products: From the immigration office card game to new ideas

In addition to our website and marketing activities, we also want to further develop our own products. This includes, in particular, merchandise related to the VISAGUARD brand. Since the distribution of such products constitutes a commercial activity, VISAGUARD GmbH will act as the seller and contractual partner going forward. The GmbH structure allows us to implement further creative product ideas, build our own merchandise collections, and explore new sales channels.

With an independent limited liability company, we are creating a more professional structure for our business activities. What will change for our readers and clients?

For visitors to our website, little will change initially. VISAGUARD.Berlin will continue to be an information platform about German visa and residence law.

Legal services will continue to be provided independently of the commercial operating company. VISAGUARD GmbH is not automatically a contractual partner in legal representation agreements.

Behind the scenes, however, important changes are taking place: Website operation, cooperation with marketing companies and the distribution of our own products will in future be organized through the new company.
